- BBBMW0934Nov 14, 20255.0Meant to make this review several months ago, but my wife and I went on a cross country road trip and as we arrived at our hotel we seen that our rental car needed an oil change. Since we were out of state and not familiar with the area we kinda panicked just because we never had to deal with this before with a rental car and didn’t want anything to happen. Thankfully this place was right next door and we wound up calling the next morning and explaining our situation. To our luck, they actually work with enterprise and were able to get us in as soon as they opened. The whole staff was super friendly and they immediately eased our minds with the whole situation. We were able to go back to our hotel, eat breakfast and come back and our car was good and ready to go. We couldn’t thank them all enough for being friendly and sharing stories, to getting us back on the road as quick as they did. Of course we had to thank them by passing out some muffins to the staff that we “borrowed” from the hotel. Was a great experience and made us seem like we’ve been going there for years. Thank you again and the rest of our trip went great! If we ever do it again, we’ll make sure to stop on it for another oil change! Yours truly, The Muffin Bandits

Chase at the front desk suggested making an appt for 11:30 on Friday so that’s what I did. Arrived Friday at 11:30 only to be told by Chase that I didn’t have an appt. It wasn’t in the system. Was told I could wait until 12:30 with a “extended wait time” in which I opted to go somewhere else. I had my toddler with me. That was the whole point of making the appt. Very frustrating. Won’t be going back.

She was told they could not even look at it for 24 hours. That she just needed to put air in the tire and come back tomorrow. We won’t be buying any more tires from this company. Awful service.

No wonder he didnt give me the paperwork showing the angles , cause they didnt do it.. ended up taking it elsewhere and paying again. I know they warranty the alignment but it their service isn't even worth arguing over. Avoid this place
- GGGuestSep 17, 20251.0Was sold a year warranty for alignment, when we went to get an alignment, they said we can't do an alignment unless we spend 600 dollars on other repairs. Those recommended repairs we took for a second opinion to another shop and they said Belle was trying to scam us because that work did not need done. So, the alignment warranty is just a scam to require more work that doesn't need done.
