- BHBrian HuntJan 1, 20261.0So this place is off of I-70 and they could care less about helping get me back on the road yesterday. I limped my truck in with air pressure already at 15 psi on front. They told me that a 5 minute repair to get me back on the highway would be over a 4 hour wait. I even told them that I had an 80 year old elderly mother to get back to ASAP, which was over an hour away. I actually made a couple of videos through the glass overhead doors of ppl jacking around and not actually working, instead of taking 5 min. to help a stranded traveler plug and air up a tire or change it. Luckily my insurance company contact was there in 45 min, after calling and it was fixed in minutes. The last time I had a run in the Belle Tire, they were attempting to tell my college daughter she needed $400 worth of work that didn'tneed done. I will NEVER pull a vehicle into this business again or spend a dime there, even if they it's the only company in the vicinity. Pathetic excuse of a business and you really need to give up that space next to a major highway, so a competent company can go in, who care about folks traveling. NEVER AGAIM!

I went in to meet Devon, the store manager, and he was able to not only get us in and out quickly, but also didnt charge us since they were able to repair the tire. We went to Belle Tire already, but we will make the special trip to the Greenfield store just because of him. Thank you Devon for all the help!

- BBBMW0934Nov 14, 20255.0Meant to make this review several months ago, but my wife and I went on a cross country road trip and as we arrived at our hotel we seen that our rental car needed an oil change. Since we were out of state and not familiar with the area we kinda panicked just because we never had to deal with this before with a rental car and didn’t want anything to happen. Thankfully this place was right next door and we wound up calling the next morning and explaining our situation. To our luck, they actually work with enterprise and were able to get us in as soon as they opened. The whole staff was super friendly and they immediately eased our minds with the whole situation. We were able to go back to our hotel, eat breakfast and come back and our car was good and ready to go. We couldn’t thank them all enough for being friendly and sharing stories, to getting us back on the road as quick as they did. Of course we had to thank them by passing out some muffins to the staff that we “borrowed” from the hotel. Was a great experience and made us seem like we’ve been going there for years. Thank you again and the rest of our trip went great! If we ever do it again, we’ll make sure to stop on it for another oil change! Yours truly, The Muffin Bandits
