  My family and I drove 2 hours to look at a specific camper only to be shown several other models. I finally mentioned to my parents hey the one you are wanting to see is right over here with the slides out. The salesman was rude and dismissive to my dad, answered multiple phone calls mid conversation, checked voicemails, and kept walking out while we were trying to ask questions. They pride their selves in being the largest in the nation with 900 campers, well good luck trying to see in any of them! Hardly any of the slides were out and the salesman DW couldn’t figure out how to use the battery pack to get them opened. We have been to several different camper places including a few other camping worlds and have never been treated like that. Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere.

  We bought new 5th wheel and all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Finance team did an excellent job. I appreciate the "no pressure" sales approach and giving us plenty of time to make decision.

  We recently visited Camping World to look at a specific RV that we had scheduled to see in advance, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We had communicated ahead of time and the dealership knew we were coming for a couple of days to seriously look at and potentially purchase an RV, but it did not feel like we were taken seriously as customers. When we arrived to see the RV we had specifically asked about, we were told the battery was dead and we couldn’t properly view or test the unit. This was frustrating because the dealership knew ahead of time that we were coming to see that exact RV, and it would have been a simple thing to make sure it was ready and accessible. Instead, it made us feel like our time was not valued. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and somewhat dismissive, as if we weren’t being taken seriously as potential buyers. Purchasing an RV is a major decision and investment, and customers should feel respected and prepared for when they arrive. We hope Camping World can improve their customer service and preparation for scheduled appointments so future customers have a better experience.We will be bringing the RV that we purchased else where to be serviced so maybe the service department is better then the sells department.
