  I would not recommend belle tire in a million years. Anytime I go there they try to get you buy new tires when you don’t need them. I brought in a tire that had a screw in it to patched, they said it wouldn’t be done till the next day despite there being three open spots in their garage and no one in the waiting room… anyway the next day they call and say they can’t fix it cause it’s irreparable. They ask me if I want to get a new tire. Hell no! I go to pick it up and the associate takes ten minutes just to find the guy who worked on it so he can tell me why they can’t fix it. The guy doesn’t even look at me, the customer asking the question, and proceeds to tell the guy “yeah we can’t fix it. They need a new tire”. The guy asked about the screw hole and they said it was at too steep of an angle. Well, ok. I ask for the tire back and the guy takes another ten minutes trying to locate it, when he finally finds it he brings it out and it’s not even on the wheel!!! What do you want me to do with that? Mount it myself??? I brought it in on a wheel I expect it to be on the wheel when I pick it up. So now I’m having to remount it myself, and to make matters worse I looked inside the tire and there is absolutely no perforation where the screw was - meaning the screw DIDNT EVEN PIERCE THE TIRE, it just dug into treading a little. If belle tire actually cared about their work, they would have looked inside to see if the screw had even pierced it - which it didn’t, therefore, no repair was required. And they wouldn’t have given me a tire off the wheel!!!

  Dionne is always super helpful and kind. I have been to this location a few times and always leave with quality service. No one wants car issues but it’s great to have a place that treats you with respect and is reasonably priced.

  I've had a good experience with them in the past,but unfortunately today that has changed. Took nearly 3 hours to balance tires(with appointment) then after that the young man that pulled my car out of the bay decided to punch the throttle a bit and ran the front end of my car over a curb and into mulch. Very disrespectful of another's property. They didn't want to take responsibility..so after my tire warranty runs out Ill have to find a new tire shop. (Edit) after inspection they didn't balance my front passenger side (no counter balance weights). I don't know what I did to be treated this way by them. Sorry for being a customer I guess...

  Why even allow appointments if you do not stick to that schedule... walked down the street and sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half before my vehicle was even pulled into a bay, then when I inquired into what happened to the appointment I scheduled and the guy at the front desk didn't know what to say to me. Awful service.

  Absolutely the worst place to ever go they have fixed my same tire 3 times still can’t get it right and had a appointment for a new tire at 5 o’clock and 7:45 they still haven’t even pulled the truck inside the building
