No BS and upfront with costs, intentions, and didn’t try to sell me an air filter. It was quick and painless :) also they were very kind and before I drive away I thanked them for being so nice! Wish the place near where I live in Texas was even half as kind!

The mechanic at Jiffy Lube discovered the the issue was greater than expected and told me he felt better to decline fixing my car and taking it elsewhere. He did not hesitate to talk with my husband when I asked if I could call my husband on speaker phone so he could explain the issue. The mechanic even took pictures on my phone to show my husband what the issue is. I would recommend taking your car there due to their high integrity and honesty. But honestly, I can find a coupon every time to make Jiffy Lube cheaper and of the service it's so much better. They are very thorough in checking other things.And letting you know what you might need to keep an eye on, they do offer to fix other things.But do not pressure you. The gentleman there are very friendly.I'll always go back!
