That was not my experience here. They were VERY honest, and did not try to pressure me into any up-charges. Along with an oil change, I asked them to rotate my tires. They could have done it anyways, since I requested it, causing me problems in the future. Instead they came in to tell me they didn’t think it was a good idea to rotate them, explaining & showing me the reason. I really appreciate that they were honest, and took the time to educate me.
