- JCJoseph CantuDec 28, 20251.0I went to get a check engine light test and Anthony denied to do it because its raining. Here are the picture to show that it definitely wasnt raining when I went. The store was empty so there is no excuse for him not to do it. Specially since there are 2 employees there. None of them knew corporate phone number. I asked if his Manager Mario knows he id denying services and he told me to do the check engine light myself. Maybe his hair was gonna get messed up with some wind. Apparently Advance Auto likes to pay employee to stand around. This is a huge diference from the Crown point Advance auto. But i will take my business to Auto Zone I guess. If you need a check engine light or wipers you cant count on help here. In crown point a small young lady that works with an oxygen machine helped me put wipers on a rainy day and this young man could not do a check engine light test lol Maybe he didnt want to mess up his manicured nails.
