  Couldn't even tell you where to begin for the superior location. Communication has been extremely poor, quality of work was fine except they messed up my AC and tried telling me they didn't touch it when they did. Had me come in to get it check out telling me it would be an hour visit and I waited 4 hours. Vehicle kept getting pushed back with the initial work and couldn't give me a true answer. I contacted another location who has been more than helpful already and is honoring the warranty and getting me rental help to make up for another locations issues. I'll be going through this other location to complete my work because I just can't handle the communication issues and trust the shop on superior street will get the job done right and timely.

  I brought my car here since it was a perfered provider by my insurance company and never again will they have my business. I had made an appointment for an expection after a collision. I was told a could stay during the inspection but all they did was take pictures of the outside of the car and a full work up. I was bullied to leave my car. The manager said, if I didn't leave the car insurance would decide to not pay for any damages. Despite a gut feeling I was going to try to trust the process. No further workup besides pictures were ever done. My insurance agent asked for particular pictures so she could determine damages but they refused to take any further pictures and just told them nothing is wrong. I have been waiting 3 days for confirmation of pictures and awaiting the insurance adjusters decision. I called each day to see and was told they would get back to me later in the day and the last day they never answered my call at all. I had to physical show up to get any answers. After talking again to my agent and a car rental company they have also heard many complaints about this company. I picked up my car today there I found new scratches that were not there before and splatter paint on my car. I had to run the car through the wash and do a bit of scrubbing to get it all off. Please, please, please dont trust this company or at least location to fix your car.

  Very informative and always try to keep u updated on your cars progress. They are always friendly and professional. Also my car looked fanominal and couldn't ask for a better outcome thanks to these guys! Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass!

  This place was great. Eric helped me look at the car and gave me a great price. Within a week I had a new car, I can't believe how good it looks. I will be referring people here!

  Amazing quality of work, of course with the lifetime warranty that all Gerber locations offer on work they do. The manager to this location has personably helped me out much more than expected to make sure I’m satisfied, which i am more than satisfied. Always very reasonable prices with work that is from the best. Highly recommend, great customer service and it never feels like they’re trying to cut corners in order to make the extra buck.
