  Had our handicap vehicle repaired there. Store manager got loud with my wife over work that was done. Bumper was mounted incorrectly, wheelchair ramp unable to open or be used, not fully painted, and painted the wrong color. Not to mention pieces missing from new parts that were put on. Back glass not fully seated, and the hatch not mounted on center leaving uneven gaps everywhere. To top everything off when I called and spoke to store manager about getting loud with my wife he falsely claimed I came into the store and threatened him. Completely unprofessional, poor work quality, lies, and admitted to my wife they rushed it to be able to apply it to April's work sheets. You would think they would check to make sure the wheelchair ramp functioned before saying the work was done. Unacceptable across the board.

  The team at Gerber did a great job in work efficiency, communication, and attentiveness to my issues. They had my initial collision repaired, and a related issue popped up a while later. I notified them, and they came out and fixed it for me. Great team and great manager. Thanks, Gerber!

  Spoke to James to get a quote for some painting work about 3 weeks ago told I would get a call back more than 5 times to get an appointment. I called back more than 6 times over 3 weeks to hear the same thing but I never got a call back. Spoke to manager he apologized and gave me my quote himself.

  I really love my car and have worked to keep it in nice shape. Sadly someone backed into it and drove off. After checking with some people I trust when it comes to bodywork, I decided to take it to Gerber and I'm really glad that I did. The staff were all great to work with and kept me up to date as repairs were going. The repaired area is as good as new and they made sure the cars automatic driving features were re-calibrated properly. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I ever need anything similar in the future. They even have an agreement with the rental companies, so I could leave my rental at their shop when I picked my car up. Awesome service.

  They were quick with responding to our calls and with keeping in touch with us. After we got our quote, they were able to get us in within a week or less. They had my car for only 3-4 days because I had paint work done. The paint job was AMAZING, I could not even tell where I was hit at. The person who painted my car also fixed another area on the back of my car for FREE!! Would recommend to anyone who needs any work done. Thank you for fixing my car!
