  I purchased my brake pads before I scheduled the appointment here. When I called, whoever i talked to at THIS location told me they would install them for me for $100, i just wouldn't get the warranty if anything was to happen. Which is fine. I get to my appointment and they told me it was going to be $289 for the service. So the communication with the team and their prices are WAY off!

  This is the only place I trust with not only my car but my mother and daughter's car as well. I fix my own vehicle but if there is something I can't do or don't understand there is no other place I would go. They are fair do the job right I feel safe when I leave as well as they have fixed things for me at no cost just the other day they fixed my passenger window wiper so it worked at no cost these guys are phenomenal!! Yes there is no one standing at the front desk please be patient or just poke your head out into the garage these guys are hard at work they can't watch the counter every second. The only garage I would recommend to anyone!!

  Store manager Austin is rude! I called a week ago to ask about getting transmission fluid checked and was told they would do it and only charge me if I needed fluid. Went to the store 2 times and waited in lobby over 20 min to be told they would charge me $70 to look at it. When I called back Austin was rude and told me he wasn't going to have one of his guys spend 30 min checking it out for free and I told him I know what has to be done to check it and he said then do it yourself but I'm not asking my guys to do it free. He said he didn't know who I talked to and gave my car info to but they told me wrong. I won't be visiting there again.

  I had an emergency brake repair needed a few minutes before the store closed, the guys stayed over a bit and made it happen for me. I can't thank them enough for the above and beyond service I received.
