  This location knows how to do business RIGHT. After having a terrible experience at another location, I called this location in hopes the could help me out. I spoke with Katie who listened to my experience at another store and she made things right. Katie got my van in right away, got me in a rental, and got my vehicle fixed from mistakes another location made. Katie honored the warranty from issues from another shop and got me in right away. She did not need to do that but she went the extra mile to make sure I was done right this time. You can tell when you walk into this location that everyone is happy to be there and the business is ran right. Carol at the front desk is amazing as well and you can tell she is the best at her job and loves what she does. Thank you Gerber on DuPont for taking care of me and making it right when you definitely did not have to. If I ever need to get car work done, I will be going to this location because they earned my business, when I had said my trust with this business as a whole was broke.

  Being a business owner myself, I’m still waiting for the moment everything falls apart on my truck since working with Gerber because everything was just so seamless…. From communication with my insurance, to them bringing a me a car rental, to getting my truck back to new condition, then taking care of the car rental return and payment… it was all just so seamless and they did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend!

  Had a great experience with gerber on dupont. Especially Carol. All happened during holidays and with grandson born. Played phone tag with Carol alot. She kept my info on her dest and was persistent. And finally got my vehicle in. Loved the continuous updates. And they were done in no time
