  Highly recommend the folks at Gerber. They stayed in contact throughout our car being fixed. They did an awesome job looks great can’t tell anything happened. Very kind respectful folks. If we ever need services done again will definitely be using them. Thanks guys

  My truck was damaged at a car wash, and they recommended Gerber Collision on DuPont Road for repairs. We dropped off my truck on Sunday, September 7th, for service on Monday, September 8th. They informed us that the work would take 10 days. On the 10th day, we were scheduled to leave out of town and were ready to pick up our truck. However, when we called, we received conflicting information, so I decided to visit the shop myself. Upon arrival, I found my truck parked outside, covered in overspray from another company and a new scratch. Gerber Collision informed me that they were collaborating with this other company and were going to clean up the overspray and fix the scratch. When I opened the truck doors, I was met with a dusty mess. The entire interior was filled with dust, and all over my cloth seats. I was told that the truck had already undergone a few rounds of detailing and would undergo another before I could pick it up. Fast forward to today, and I called Gerber Collision, but there was no answer. I arrived at the shop and informed them that I was taking my truck home today and I would wait for it to be ready. Surprise, it would be ready in 10 minutes. The outside of the truck was indeed fixed from the damage at the car wash and the overspray and scratch from the other company. However, the truck was still in a state of disarray. It had never been cleaned. I know this because I have kids, and there were still crumbs from them under the seats, which would have been cleaned if the truck had undergone the “first clean” I had imagined if done correctly. I took my truck home and cleaned it myself. Gerber Collision’s communication was poor, and their work environment was messy. They are not responsible for the mess caused by the car wash or the other company, but their attention to detail and proper cleaning could use significant improvement. The only positive aspects of this 5-week ordeal are that my truck is now fixed and that Katie, the manager, was quick to address and resolve my concerns. She was honest, polite, and understanding, even though I was certainly not. I’ve provided photos of the leftover dust and compound that were left for me to clean up myself.

  Worked with John who was extremely professional and on top of it! Kept me in the loop for estimated time frame on completed repairs. Went above and beyond my expectations. Stellar job Gerber & I’ll be back for any future glass or collision repairs!

  Took a friend's car there and they totalled it out. A 2024 without airbags deployed. My friend took his car somewhere else and is getting it fixed. The other place didn't total it at all. I won't be taking anything there
