Customer service is “amazing.” Only downfall is, you have to wait for a shower for a while because the location has to much parking, they forgot to accommodate the shower capacity. Parking lot and inside was clean clean. 🙌🏼🤝good job yall! Yall finally got it right

- JWJason WellsDec 15, 20255.0I can’t tell you how glad I was to stop at this Pilot in Florence, Indiana, the Wendy’s and store was clean with Christmas decorations, the staff was very friendly, I had the best shower I’ve had, hot water and high water pressure , almost fell asleep and to top off the experience was a note with a peppermint mint left behind that said “ enjoy your shower ! Safe travels “ I hate to sound soft being a man , but this gesture almost brought tears to my eyes, when you travel long hours and away from home, this kind of kindness is appreciated, Thank you !!!! Merry Christmas
