I called this store early morning from states away to track down a part for my little brother who was returning home from a very long distance job. He had broken down road side in the middle of the night not near any hotels or stores. His car appeared to have a dead alternator. I searched for hours for stores nearest his location and was afraid we hit a brick wall as no one had the part he needed. But I found this store using the Advance app. They had the part he needed and was only about 15 mins away from his location. They also helped me find a mechanic who could help us at the last minute so my little bro could continue his journey home only missing half a day of work. This kind of help is truly priceless! We didn't know how else to get a broken down vehicle or my brother back home. I was a good 7 hours away from his location. He had spent one night in a cold, dead car and was hoping not to have to do it again. Thank you so much for the help getting him back on the road safely! Jordan was helpful, knowledgeable and modest. If any district or regional mgr reads this, please give the crew at this store a raise! Parts folks and honest mechanics are unsung heroes.
