I always appreciate the explanations, advice by the techs, and use of coupons (bring on that air filter! Install those wiper blades!) I was worried that they would push expenses on me, but they were great about offering alternatives and stating the facts instead of pushing me to buy things. Even brought me out a small water because it was so hot out. They had wonderful staff and did a great job.

Even though the system requires them to submit approval for the oil, change and blades and such, He kept returning to the window to apologize about The wait time. Except, it had nothing to do with them. Just our fleet system. Still, it showed good customer service. And I really appreciate the extra touch of the RAIN-X Application that is not received elsewhere. Five stars from this out-of-towner!
