  They were friendly and candid/honest that I was premature for an oil change. They explained I had full synthetic blend and that I could safely go another 3K miles without issues. Not many in the business are fully transparent where it cost them an immediate sale. Further, they 'topped off' with a quart of oil without charge! I hope they get the recognition they deserve! I will definitely continue recommending them to others.

  Caleb was awesome! He explained the different options and process completely. It was only him and a trainee on a busy Saturday afternoon and they still got it done quickly and efficiently! Thanks guys, we definitely will return!

  I bought my hybrid vehicle in September, and in April, according to the service mileage sticker in the window and the alert in the vehicle and connected app, I was due for an oil change. However, when I brought it into Strickland, the tech showed me the oil and explained that it was nowhere in need of a change. He explained how full synthetic oil works and how long you can typically drive without needing an oil change. He told me I wasn't going to be due for another 5,000 miles. He topped off my fluids and considered today's visit a courtesy inspection - free of charge. I have never had a better experience! The tech was completely honest, transparent, very friendly and helpful. I will happily return in 5,000 miles when I actually need an oil change!

  My service began with a call to ck on rates, Elena's gr8 customer service skills and helpful professional pleasant nature made my decision for me as to where to service my high mileage CRV! Upon arrival meeting techs Caleb & James, I felt cared for and their knowledgeable guidance put me at ease! I will be back and spreading the word to support this location! They work very well as a team & helped me plan ahead for maintenance on my older vehicle which many depend on besides myself! Lifted concerns I had & love how you can tell that they enjoy what they do!!! They represent Strickland Brothers very well!!! How you make people feel matters!!! (They live out my newest favorite saying Credit: ANorman Perspective - LOVE FW Leader)
