  Put me in a wrangler 4xe that broke down the next day. Put me in danger on the side of i69 and it wouldnt start or move. Just lost all power. And then refuse to pick up their phones

  Went to get a rental after receiving a confirmation, arrived to the place just to tell me there isn’t cars available when they could’ve called me in the morning to notify me. Very unprofessional

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, specifically the New Haven, Indiana location. We reserved a Transit passenger van on March 16th for pickup at 11:00 AM on March 27th. To be responsible, we even called a couple of days ahead to confirm everything was set. At no point were we told there were any issues with our reservation. When we arrived at 11:00 AM on the 27th, we were told that they had supposedly called us to cancel the reservation and had already given the van to someone else. We never received any call or notification. Instead of trying to fix the situation or offer any kind of solution, the staff simply told us there was nothing they could do. There was zero effort to help us—no alternatives, no customer service, nothing. This completely disrupted our travel plans and caused significant stress for my family. Because of their negligence, we lost a nonrefundable day at our Airbnb and missed time at a theme park, costing us nearly $1,500 that we will not get back. This level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you’re relying on a reservation for important travel plans.
