  I always get the best service and their communication is excellent. I love seeing a friendly face when I get there; Brooke is the best and is so very helpful in explaining what the service inspection revealed and the turn around is amazing. I’d recommend you give them a shot if you haven’t yet. Great job!

  I called with what I thought was a not-so-common repair, the undercarriage splash panel needing to be tied up. I didn’t expect much more could be done with a 20 year old car, from a now defunct manufacturer, but I was surprised when the tech said they would be able to replace it. So I said order the part and the tech tied up the dragging shield. Came back a week or so later, after the part came in, dropped the car off the evening before and got a call mid morning that it was ready to pick up. I’m happy to be able to keep my beloved car in working order! Great service and friendly staff! I definitely recommend YES! Automotive Service!

  I wanted to get my break fixed and I called Yes automotive . Taylor answered the phone and she was very friendly. Great communication and wonderful customer service. Later on the day Brooke called me and she was friendly and nice as well as Taylor. Also technician worked on my truck did a good inspection and recommended necessary repairs.I highly recommend their great customer service.

  Even though I spilled Taylor's strawberry refresher 🤣 they were still awesome to me we had so much fun in the office while I was waiting and every time I came in there we were laughing and having a wonderful time. Most places you go to get stuff done you don't get nothing but a stiff neck nothing but business person! These ladies make yes out of what it is I know the guys do the work for everybody has to see them first! First impressions, are lasting impressions. I might just drop by just to sit around and talk to them sometime I had a wonderful, wonderful experience there. Although I don't want to get back there too quick with no car trouble, I will gladly go there just to talk with the girls. I'll give you 10 Stars, it was just that good. And I didn't have to wait long anytime, even when I left my vehicle there they didn't take long to do it. That's a car dealership that I will always go to!   1st issue- could not get car looked at by tech on scheduled appointment time, 2nd issue- tech did not know how to start car with auto start remote resulting in us having to come in to office to prove it starts, 3rd issue- being charged several separate fees to find out why car won’t start with ignition key, only with remote start- issue not resolved, 4th issue- when picking up car to pay for testing fees, glove compartment, cabin filter and everything was torn out and not put back, 5th serious issue! As my son pulled out of the office, another tech had to stop him and close the hood which could have resulted in an accident not knowing it was still unlatched. We will not return! Too many careless issues and racking up large bills for zero repairs.Simple oil changes- no problem
