I unknowingly pulled up towards the end of the night and they were quick to assist me and perform the oil change with a smile on their face. I even offered to just leave and come back tomorrow instead and they insisted on knocking it out now. These guys were quick, informative, efficient, and most importantly very friendly. They advised me to take my car to a mechanic right away. At the mechanic's I was told that when Valvoline took off the cover for my air filter, they disconnected a hose. I had to pay $150 for this evaluation. I also would like to mention that I was not verbally told about the corrosion on my car's radiator hose. This was something that was mentioned in the Valvoline report that I received online. This should have been verbally communicated. I am dissatisfied with the service I had at Valvoline.
