But, since it's under new management, I gave it another chance, and I'm glad I did. Calab and James are phenomenal! I went in expecting to be treated like a dumb woman and was actually met with respect. James didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, but instead made a few suggestions like wipers since mine felt notched, and a high mileage oil since my 2012 Challenger has been very loved. Caleb noticed a low tire and offered to check all tires. Then proceeded to explain why a different psi than what I requested would be better for a softer ride, let alone preservation of my already old suspension system. So, thanks to these gents, my car feels stronger than it has my last couple oil changes. And my suspension has stopped rattling at me with every bump. 10/10 will return.
