Manager was rude, unwilling to work with me even though she called me to reschedule because they had nobody show up to work. I had to reschedule three times with them because of them. And the third time they said they no longer offered mobile services to me. Which is confusing because my first two appointments they scheduled were mobile services. If it wasn't for my insurance making me go through them I would have cancelled. Next time I'll pay the extra money out of pocket rather than dealing with people like this.

- DMDuaine ManonNov 10, 20251.0The Fort Wayne Autolite shop experience was very disappointing. It began by the shop sending an incompetent “repair” person to my home. He broke my rear view mirror cover and windshield wiper bar. The replaced windshield made a snap, crackle, pop noise. The noise was later discovered to be a broken piece of plastic left behind in the track of the windshield by the “repair “ guy. The damage was discovered by the second repair guy sent out to find the source of the noise. It took a month to get all problems diagnosed and resolved. All problems were caused by representatives from the Fort Wayne shop. During the fiasco, I had a conversation with the manager who ended our discussion by abruptly hanging up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence. The only way I got satisfaction was by dealing with Autolite Customer Care and by passing the Fort Wayne shop. The Fort Wayne shop manager was rude from the very beginning and offered NO apology for the numerous errors made by her shop. I was in the shop for the final repairs and had a face to face unexpected encounter with her. She stared me down. Either she knew who I was or this is the way she treats all the customers at her shop. Unfortunately, this is the closest Safelite shop to me and the Fort Wayne area. The shop receives a one star, Safelite as a company receives five stars.

When my technician arrived he was friendly. Took care of everything in 1.5 hours, and then was on his way. I would recommend Safelite to everyone!
