The staff was friendly, the service was relatively quick, and the price wasn’t bad—I paid just under $600 for the back windshield on my Audi Q5. I do have a couple of notes. I had originally scheduled mobile service at my house, but I was asked to come into the shop about an hour before the appointment. I wish they had called sooner so I could better plan around the change. They also didn’t remove all of the broken glass from the trunk panel, so I can still hear pieces shifting when I open and close it. In addition, a couple of clips on the trunk panel were broken during the repair. When I asked about replacements, I was told I could just put tape over them. Not a huge deal, but I felt these areas could have been improved.
