  Emma, one of the managers, was so kind! When she learned I was here for a fun trip with my husband, she picked out the perfect car for us—and it did not disappoint. We ended up with a Jeep in a fun paint color that got us tons of thumbs up, and we even got ducked three times! Such a great rental experience—thank you, Emma, and thank you, National!

  I had the unfortunate issue of several delays with my flights and it was my first time flying to Fort Wayne, Indiana. When I arrived it was 12 hours past my original pick up time and was told they gave my luxury rental to someone else because "they need to make money" and I "never called them to let them know my flight was delayed". I have never had to do that at any other airport. When I asked if I would be getting a survey to express my opinions (negative) Sara said well then I can just cancel your rental with us since we can just deny you service if you are going to give us a negative review in a very condescending tone. Sara was under the impression I would be okay with getting a car that I did not want because the price would be lower. Never did I use an angry tone but I was very frustrated. If you look at all my past reviews, I usually am the one praising workers for their work but this one I could not stay quiet about since Sara felt it was okay to add insult to injury after my 12 hours of delays she spoke to me so horribly never an I'm sorry only we don't have and take it or leave it attitude. Sara did say if I wanted to wait an hour and a half they could clean me a luxury car, but after 11pm I was tired and had to appease Sara and say sorry for nothing just to get a car. I'm sorry if she had a hard, long day but her customer service is seriosuly lacking and needs to be educated on how to treat others better because in reality it was Delta's fault for all the delays not mine or hers. If I ever come back through this airport? I will NOT use National due to this situation.

  My husband and I traveled home to Fort Wayne for our 14th wedding anniversary. When we arrived, we were exhausted and ready to go. Unfortunately, our travel agent listed the rental in my husband's name, and I wasn't aware we couldn't use my credit card for payment (it has to be in the renters name). After a lot of back and forth (and calling my credit card company because I forgot to tell them I was traveling), Theresa and Dev took great care of us. They were patient and understanding and so helpful. I will be a National customer for life as long as they are with the company. You guys need to give them a raise, because they were spectacular!

  I didn't know where the counter was. I asked the delta check in people and they cant direct me either. I had to call the free shuttle # and they had told me go to the baggage area. I had walk back and forth my car like 10x times trying to find the rental counter.
