  When Avis next door was being difficult, Sarah at National was very quick to help us troubleshoot and was very easy going to professional. On my dad of return, Teresa was very warm and kind. National saved us in a pinch, and was pleasant and professional along the way!

  First off I would like to mention the most helpful and upbeat individual....Elizabeth... that helped me at the desk after several issues prior and promptly got everything taken care of without any further issue and I can't thank you enough Elizabeth! Due to previous reasons I was not looking forward to going in and dealing with the situation, however within just a couple minutes I was relieved and put it ease due to the help provided by her and getting the situation remedied! I'm a small business owner and I know how insanely hard it is these days to find an employee such as this! Kudos to you and National I will now be driving the extra little bit just to come to this rental agency rather than near my home. Thanks again Elizabeth! You are very very much appreciated. Ryan..
