I was going to take it in somewhere that evening but my car beat me to it & stopped running (on a bridge doing construction that was down to one lane, yay) so obviously something was wrong. I was able to get it home when we discovered there was no oil in it. Went & bought more oil & discovered there was a leak so we decided to run it into jiffy lube before they closed. They were so nice! I got in right away. They replaced my filter free of charge. & tested it before I drove off. The manager, Juan was great. As well as the entire staff the night of Nov, 18 2025 (I wish I got all their names). Very appreciative of all involved in helping me get back on the road!

Also was told I need Dexos oil but on questioning what that is was told " it's Dexos" I was impressed with the speed and the techs were professional but the manager was condescending.

- EBErin BegueNov 4, 20255.0I Had a screw in my tire was greeted with such professionalism and kindness, knowing that I need new tires and I’m going to get new tires but to get me a fix so that I didn’t have to keep putting air in the tire that had the screw. They were able to pull the screw patch it for me so I was able to get where I needed to go and in a safe manner when I was told by another establishment rudely that they were not going to help me, as a single mother and just trying to budget and make do until I can put the money aside to get the proper tires, this was a last hope and I pulled into this jiffy lube and they were wonderful!!! They helped me so much instead of having to put new tires on immediately. I wanted to wait a couple weeks and they were more than accommodating more than courteous, very helpful I would highly recommend them and will I face take my business there when an oil change or any other work that I made need in the future!!!!!
