- KRKelly RFeb 24, 20261.0Called ahead. They told me they had a 1130 apt open, oil change and tire rotation. I get there at 1130 and they tell me oh sorry now it will be maybe an hour before we can get to you. Tried to tell me I HAD to have an alignment done. Told them to run the test. I see my car done, waited 10 mins before asking if it was done and I could be checked out. Told me oh yeah didn't know it was done, ok. I asked were the alignment test was. She tells me they never did it. Told me everyone left for lunch and asked if I wanted to come back. No I don't because that is why I made an appointment. Everyone shouldn't take lunch at the same time. Or at least make sure the cars were actually fully done before you leave.
