- KPKegan PeralaDec 29, 20253.0I picked up my truck from Gerber today after getting the front end worked on for the last two weeks after someone backed into me in a parking lot first and foremost I want to say I think they did a wonderful job on the bodywork. Everything looks really, really good, however, driving home today after a 13 hour workday the weather was not the greatest and roads were slick. I went to use my windshield washer fluid so I could see and it wasn’t working due to Not being able to see much out of the windshield from the falling snow that dried on my windshield I did almost get into an accident on the highway. When I got home, I checked to see if maybe the fluid was frozen however I got home and tested it, but the pump was not working. when they worked on my vehicle, they never plugged the washer fluid pump back in so after working all day, I had to tear apart the front end of my truck just to fix this so I could drive in the morning for my job. I worked on vehicles for many years and missing something like this when you have the vehicle for two weeks in my opinion is unacceptable. The bodywork was great but the quality control on putting my vehicle back together Leaves something to be desired
