  Car rental companies probably don’t receive many kudos for service. We recently rented an SUV for 10 days from the Fort Wayne Airport location. We desired a 4x4 but at the time of the reservation one wasn’t available. The counter attendant took the time to find different options and found that two 4x4s had just been turned in. I waited 30 minutes and was on my way with a clean vehicle that was ready to roll. The attendant handled the situation well and provided great communication to keep me calm. Great job.

  Terrific experience at the FWA Enterprise Enterprise desk as well as a reliable and very clean vehicle. Chelsea, who set me up with my car, was very professional and pleasant and made everything easy as well as the young lady who checked me back in. Very pleased with this location!

  I originally booked a reservation with Budget at the airport location, but when I arrived, I was told they didn’t accept debit cards. I then tried using my Chime credit card, and to my surprise, they wouldn’t accept that either. I was already stressed and honestly very upset by the whole experience. At that point, I decided to check with Enterprise instead — and I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I walked in, the team at Enterprise treated me with kindness, patience, and understanding. They took the time to help me stay within my budget and made me feel valued as a customer. What touched me the most was that they even apologized for the bad experience I had elsewhere, even though it wasn’t their fault at all. I am beyond grateful for the way Enterprise handled everything. You all completely turned my day around. This experience showed me what true customer service looks like, and I can confidently say I will always choose Enterprise from now on. Lesson learned! I’m so thankful that because of your help, I’ll even be able to rent a vehicle for a special day to celebrate my graduate. That means more to me than words can express. Thank you again for your professionalism, compassion, and amazing service. I will absolutely recommend Enterprise to everyone I know. Keep up the incredible work — you guys truly rock!!
