- TPTroy PickettFeb 20, 20262.0I strongly recommend getting a Carfax report and/or a third-party inspection before purchasing a vehicle here. While the staff was friendly and professional, the dealership’s AutoCheck Experian report and in-house inspection were not sufficient in my experience. I purchased a vehicle in 2021 that was advertised and represented as clean-titled and never wrecked. However, when I sold the vehicle in 2024, a Carfax report showed it had been previously wrecked and repaired prior to my ownership, which I later confirmed myself. As a result, I believe I overpaid and lost value due to the vehicle being inaccurately described at the time of sale.

There was a recall and I asked the service team if they could work me in while I was in the area on business and they accommodated my schedule. Nice, clean lobby to wait in while your vehicle is being serviced.
- NBNick BitarFeb 4, 20261.0Misled me on the quoted price all the way up until I was in the financing office making the down payment. Lied about tire tread, and by a considerable amount. One of the tires had a slow air leak, they filled it back up with air right before I test drove. Basically told me “tough luck” afterwards. Do not trust the Acura 112-point inspection. It clearly means nothing here and they won’t do what’s fair to make things right.
