She goes past above and beyond. She made the entire experience anxiety free, relaxing, and honestly fun. She listened to the exact wants/needs and showed all the options available. I can't say enough positive things about her. Do not buy a car from anyone else but Sunisa. I was never rushed or felt pushed into anything. She explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood everything with the vehicle and the purchase. I walked in not expecting to buy but just to look and she helped me make a decision without being pressured into it just so she could make a sale. She made sure I was happy with the vehicle and the price before anything else. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone but her again. She has recently won the salesman of the month award and she deserves it every month. He was very patient and walked me through how to fix things so I did not have to take it in to the nearest Toledo dealership (where we live close to) that possibly could charge for a simple button switch. The purpose/service scheduled for my vehicle was reviewed with me, and I was able to wait comfortably in the customer waiting area until my vehicle was ready. When I my vehicle was ready, it had been washed and looked great. The staff (Brandon was my contact person) was wonderful!
