    Dropped off tire that had hole in it at 8 30 in the morning. Was told it would be done by mid-afternoon. Went there at 5 30 and still setting in same place along wall. I ask the guys at the counter why after 9 hours one tire couldn't have been repaired and got a sarcastic response, I was told it would be done by end of business day . 8 pm. I have bought tires there for years , spent many thousands of dollars on tires . But this was the last time I will do business there. Unprofessional, sarcastic employees and didn't care about my needs. Won't go back .

    I recently had 4 new tires installed on my car. Joey was my customer service employee. He was very kind, friendly, respectful, personable, and knowledgeable. I'm so happy that I chose the Illinois location. The staff there are "top-notch." I would recommend Belle Tire.

    The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was told to bring in my vehicle on Monday morning for tires, amd they do the walk-ins in a first come first served basis. I was the first person through the door on Monday morning to drop off my vehicle. It was now 3:00 in the afternoon, and still haven't received a call. I called the store, amd after being on hold for at least 15 minutes, I was told that my vehicle was the next one in. It is now 6:00 pm, and still no call. Called the store back, and they would not answer the phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes, and decided to just hang up. Ended up calling 4 times, and was finally able to reach someone at 7:45 pm. They were just finishing up the tires, and still needed to check the alignment. The vehicle was there for 12 hours. There is no way I was the first "walk-in" for the day that they worked on. The staff is rude, and not helpful. After being a loyal customer for years, I will never be going back.

    I was asked if I could leave my vehicle there and that their next opening to work on it would be 7 days away. I was wanting a nail removed from my tire. Really tho, people leave their vehicles for a week to be worked on? On to the next place that got it done 45 minutes.
