  Unjustified upselling & incorrect diagnosis I brought my car to Belle Tire only for a 4-wheel alignment after a curb-damage repair that had already been professionally completed. The right-front suspension and the RF CV axle were replaced, which is clearly documented on my paid repair receipt from Houser Automotive (an extremely credible repair shop we’ve all gone to for years). Despite this, Belle Tire claimed the right-front CV axle “needed to be replaced” again, along with a long list of unrelated items (brakes, rotors, bearings, etc.), and said they would not perform the alignment unless thousands of dollars in additional work was approved. This makes no sense mechanically: • The RF CV axle was brand new • A CV axle does not prevent an alignment • No defect (leak, play, noise) was shown or documented Several people told me not to go to Bell Tire and now I understand why. I most certainly will share my experience. Antonio spent 25 minutes just going through items I should get, this is before my car was even in their garage. This all felt less like an inspection and more like a template-driven sales pitch. I left with an absolute wasted 2 hours and without an alignment. Definitely take your business to an independent shop that focuses on actual diagnostics, not unnecessary add-ons. If you just want tires, maybe — but if you need honest mechanical service, be cautious and DEFINITELY get a second opinion.

  It was almost closing time by the time the tow truck dropped my vehicle in there lot at that the tow driver had the tire pretty much off the rim.they babied my vehicle in to the garage with rubber blocks to save my rim this alone took at least 15 min in the cold they did amazing and the shop tech Elana and her guys were very polite and awesome thanks guys and lady

  This is going to be along review. I have coming to this store for last 4 yrs. When in last 6 months service was getting bad. I showed up last Friday for appointment oil change and tire rotation. Bill is usually around $50. The guy at the counter when out to my van measures the depth on the tires says the front driver's side was at 3 passenger side was at 4. Because of this they cannot rotate my tires. This doesn't make a lot of sense considering 6 months ago I had the front end aligned at that store. So I insisted again that they rotate the tires and they said they would not. So I did not go through with the oil change and I left the store made an appointment at tires Plus in Columbia City and they didn't excellent job rotated my tires they said the tire dept on my tires was 5 and I didn't need tires right now. I will never go back to Belle tire because they are liars and the oil change at tires Plus in Columbia City cost it under $40

  Went in to see if they can repair tire with a nail in it. The Girl at the desk asked what can I do for you. I said have a nail in the tire she said it'd be a while, I asked how long. I said well if I bring it back at 1:00 p.m. and then come back later to pick it up. She said well if you bring it back later we'll have to keep it overnight. I looked at her and said just for a nail in the tire she said yes,I said forget it and walked out. she never went outside and looked at it and see if it could even be repaired. the nail was in a spot where maybe it couldn't be but never looked at it. so much for their guarantee repair on a tire that they advertised. Let's just say when I got off of work I went down the street to discount tire got 4 brand new tires put on. Great service there, you missed out on some good money for 4 new tires. maybe next time do better customer service
