An hour later, they finally pulled it into the repair bay, only to find that their hoist wouldn’t fit between the rear tires. When the appointment was made, I was very clear on what type of vehicle I was bringing in. Very frustrated. A wasted hour & and a half of my time.

There is no screw in the wall of my tire there is two nails in the tread that they never tried to fix they said they fixed a small hole the first two times in there and today said the one today was new u can clearly see its old. Bad customer service id suggest any place but belle tire on lima road in fort wayne. They also offered 1600 dollars worth of new cause they did not wanna do there job and fix the one tire
- AMAlexander MilentisFeb 9, 20261.0Last time I got my oil changed they said my oil reset button doesn’t work. You literally just hold the button down for 3 seconds. And then they proceeded to tell me I needed two new control arms for $1200 or they wouldn’t be able to do an alignment. I wasn’t even in there for an alignment. Keep in mind this is a 2004 Acura TL (Honda) so probably $100 per control arm. I guess they’re charging 10 hours labor for 2 control arms? But I’ve gotten an alignment since then and had another shop look at my control arms and nothing wrong with them. And if the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to reset the oil change button why would I pay them $1200 to change some control arms?
