  Typical big corp business. Still waiting on a quote from 1/6/26 that never came. You can use whatever excuses you want but at the end of the day I was never followed up nor the following days after. Typically avoid big corp businesses due to the lack of customer service/personal side of things. When at the store I was presented two issues and asked if I wanted to proceed, yet they had ZERO prices listed. When I explained I’d prefer estimates at this time you could telll there wasn’t much interest in the service writers. Expect your appt to be 15-45min later then what you asked for as well. I’ll stick with local, family owned shops from now on.

  After spending $5,000 in repairs over the last 15 years, they kissed my family's business goodbye. I had stabilitrak issues with my GMC Terrain. They charged me $158 in diagnostic repairs and refused to remove them even after they did the repairs. I have never had a mechanic not waive those fees if they did the repairs, and I have been taking my cars to mechanics for over 30 years. It saddens me that my loyalty and future business was only worth $158. Bad business move Belle Tire!

  The first time I was there I bought two new tires and had the alignment done, was there three plus hours. Today l had an appointment at one o'clock, I waited until one thirty and my vehicle was still sitting where I parked it. I got my keys and left. Will go somewhere else

  I took my car to Belle Tire on Maysville for new tires. They did a good job with the tires and the alignment and their communication along the way was great! However, as they were working on the car they called to inform me that I needed new brakes. They made it sound very desperate, even saying that “according to our safety procedures” I needed to get new brakes as soon as possible. Leading up to that day, I had experienced ZERO issues or unusual noises with my brakes. The man on the phone even said “you’ve probably heard a noise or felt a pulsing when braking recently.” I told him I hadn’t but he proceeded to tell me that they could replace the brakes right then and there and that it would cost over $900. I told him that I would not be taking them up on the brake replacement and instead I would have my dad (who is a certified engineer and works on trucks for a living) look at them and replace them if needed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the man who had called me gave me a discount on the alignment they had done. It appeared to me that he knew he was going to get caught in a lie and wanted to make up for it. Sure enough, when I took the car to my dad he confirmed that I did not need new brakes. He also told me that even if I did, $900 is an absurdly high price. I am so thankful that I am lucky enough to have a dad nearby who I can consult on these things, but this incident concerns me because there are many people who, like myself, don’t know much about cars but don’t have anyone close to help and they could easily fall for a scam like this. My dad had recommended Belle Tire to me because he has always felt they were honest, but after this incident our family will find a new place to get our tires.

  Had my car towed because of a flat tire. Wasn't aware that my vehicle didn't come with a spare tire. So had it towed to Belle tire and told them my story and hoped my flat could be repaired instead of having to buy a new tire , since the tire was new that had the flat. This was at 8:30/ or 9 am in the morning. I arrived at work around and around 11 am I received a call from the shop letting me know that my vehicle was ready to go. The tire was repaired. I picked up my vehicle around 4 pm, the gentleman handed me the car keys and told me thanks for being a customer have a good day!! They did not charge me for the repair. This is how you get customers to return. Thanks guys for everything! I will be a returning customer ☺️.
