  I have always had a great experience whenever I come to this Auto Zone shop. The service goes above and beyond. The employees are great at helping me find what I need and even offering to help check my oil when it was cold outside, and read my engine light in the cold! Every single person that works here is so kind!

  This is Celeste I'm under my mother's account but I would like to express my frustration because regional manager Jose does not care. I took my car to this auto zone in November of 2025 just for a simple diagnostic for my 2022 Malibu because the engine light was on the staff Skylar A and Joshua tested my car and said my battery was failing but i had recently bought a battery not even a month ago so they decided to test my alternator. They told me to turn my car off to proceed with the alternator test when I tried to turn my car back on sparks went everywhere and my car no longer turned on or even registered to key fob. Fast forward I had to get my car towed from auto zone to the shop because they didnt know what they were doing because they put the positive on the negative and the negative on the positive so they blew my fuse and found loose connections on my battery. I came out of almost $1000 to fix something that was NOT MY FAULT AT ALL.I have called corporate and spoke to Jose on MANY OCCASIONS YOU GUYS SAID YOU WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SINCE NOVEMBER I NEED ANSWERS NOW !

  Called to find wiper blades and Randy was a huge help. Found what I needed and was pleasant and kind. Went to pick them up in store and Josh and Mason helped during checkout, and installed them in no time. Best experience at an autozone. Fast and friendly service!

  Came in with a bad wiper. Josh at this location was all over it. Walked out to check my bracket type without me asking. Walked me through the different wiper blades and made a solid recommendation. Rung me up, walked outside with me and put the wiper blade on himself. He even dapped me up before sending me on my way. Good looking out Josh.
