Called and asked them to have a seatbelt extender at the desk for my wife because she doesn’t walk well and the response from the guy was we will try but we are busy here. Sort of short and rude. Let alone inconsiderate for handicapped people.

I went in to have an old battery replaced, and unfortunately, left without my car working. The worker who replaced my new battery put it in backwards potentially leading to my car being unable to start. There is a possibility that my starter is the issue; however, several mechanics say that a fuse was blown as a result of the reverse polarities. While looking for the fuse in other automotive stores, I, and two well informed car men, were told that they were given the wrong information about the part. I also heard this wasn’t the first time something like this has been done. I am very frustrated because I do not have my car, and I should have left with it. The workers were kind, but this is a serious concern that should not have happened.
