  Heather at Autozone on Bluffton is so amazing in helping me get my battery replaced and installed. After another AutoZone on Rudisill refused to install because of the weather.

  I came to auto zone today to get a battery check and I was greeted by Sharifah M Sajad who was what i thought at first sight was a high schooler girl with a petite stature maybe 85 pounds or so helped me with the battery testing. Of course it failed because i just got paid (thats the new norm for me at least nowadays) but Sharifah who was easy going with a delightful attitude was able to pull up the type of battery my vehicle needed. Of course I didn't want to purchase a new $250 battery (which was basically all i had left) so i asked was anyone around to install it so id have a reason to get out of it and unbeknownst to me she claimed she would, yikes!!! So I bought the battery out of curiosity to see if she could pull it off and she did with no other employees help Wow, I was in total disbelief! She did a wonderful job in a timely manner, she gets my vote for employee of the month👏

  I had my check engine light come on, the gentleman at the register came out and checked my obd, he then told me how much the part costs, whether I can get it there or not, how urgent the repair was, and how far I could drive with my vehicle like this. He literally answered everything question I had before I could even ask it and all for free. 100% recommend!
