- DTDari ThmJan 29, 20261.0I took my car to Advance Auto Parts in Stellhorn and the guy refused to change the battery and said it is cold! Never heard anything like this. Took it is AutoZone and they replaced the dead battery in 5 minutes. Maybe they like to work only in spring in a nice weather, and summer is too hot and winter is too cold for them. Never go to that store again.

Mind you I was in a rinky dink hoodie and leggings, and one of them came out to tell me to take minute to get out of the cold. Then Jim came out for a minute to help me get a bolt back on that I was fighting with. Thank you guys for helping me find the right battery, caring about the well being of a stranger in this weather, and taking the time to stand out in the cold and try to fix and issue I created. We did get it all sorted out in the end! Wonderful customer service.
