- DHDavid & Camille HunterApr 18, 20262.0Do not use their online appointment system. It doesn’t work and they won’t fix it. I’ve tried scheduling two appointments first for brakes and now for an AC repair. The first time it never gave me a confirmation, kept on trying, no email, no text. Called them about it and they got upset I had set up like 3 appointments because, how was I supposed to know it worked? There was no confirmation after the call about the appointment either. They were upset, said trust the process next time, so I did and ended up at the store without an appointment. It’s a 30 minute drive for us. If I’m paying for a place that is relatively more expensive than others, their systems better work. Customer service is important.

I asked if any other Belle Tire location had shorter wait time and was told that the “sister stores” are always busy as well and I am welcome to wait for service. I declined. Called another Belle Tire location, was told to come on in BECAUSE THERE WAS CURRENTLY NO WAIT TIME!!!!! If you looking for the worst customer service with minimal effort, go to the Illinois rd location

- TRTimothy RodgersFeb 28, 20263.0Decent service. Had everything done in the time quoted. Tires do what the should. Polite and friendly. However.... At the end, Spencer showed me the alignment check. Needed aligned and quoted me $140. Josh, whomever he is in the corporation gave out alignments for $70 to another customer. Called him out and he matched that price. Moral of the story: consistency in all things at all times. You never know who might be listening. Can't promise I'll return because of that.
