I was left in a gas station parking lot with my personal belongings on the ground, in 40 degree weather. This happened in Knoxville. I spent almost an hour on the phone to get the Uber link to get a ride. The customer service line was horrible. I asked to speak to a supervisor three times (never got one) and asked for the address where I needed to go (never got it). I was willing to pay for the ride myself but got absolutely no where with the phone staff until I got hostile. This has been a traumatizing experience.
