The service techs always check if my windshield wipers need replaced, but they’re respectful about it and they don’t push on the upselling, I had to get my oil changed on my lunch break today and only had 45min to spare. Needless to say,my oil is changed, I was given a complimentary Strickland Brothers air freshener that smells AMAZING, and I got back to work in time. Strickland Brothers in Floyds Knobs, Thank you!

Never feel as if im being pressured for filters/wiper blades etc. And I replace religiously . Not entirely sure when "Strickland brothers" acquired that location, but I have been a regular since that day. Thank you for transparency and honesty.

This was our first time at SB ooo change, and Dustin and Johnathan were very professional and took good care of us. Dustin’s customer service skills are exemplary. He treated us better than we’ve ever been treated at any instant oil change, including the other competitor oil change companies. The quick and efficient service is great, but it was Dustin’s treatment of us that really sealed the deal - my family will now be loyal Strickland Brothers customers.
