  My roommate is starting to get a car wash yesterday, and then I had to go pick him up because his tire is flat. Apparently they’re a little excavate thing that pulls the car through the car wash ripped his bounce down off. He said he doesn’t was up when the guy guided him and he said you sure I’m straight he said that when he got out of the car wash to him and he didn’t seem very interested that there was a problem or wanting to fix it. I do not recommend this place. Something happens to your vehicle in their car wash, they will not take responsibility in the car wasn’t even all the way clean when it come out of the car wash. He finished getting the dirt off himself. That’s crazy.!! Smh

  Went to get car wash Today left with a flat tire need to warm people if u have spike tire caps it will break a valve stem and they will not care luckily I had a extra set of wheels to get me back home just had to run home to get them but when I said something to the staff about car wash, breaking my valve steam seem not to care about my issue I will not be back

  Worst car wash in the area. It doesn’t matter the location or the wash package. My car is never clean. Realistically my expectation is maybe a 95% clean car! After I went through, I still had bird droppings on the back window. Grease all down the side of my car. As well as bugs coving the grill and windshield. I was told that even though I purchased an unlimited Wash package, I would not be able to go through the Wash a second time. The excuses given to me are laughable. The grease is probably from the wheel shine / cleaning brush’s. The bug prep is down they are waiting on maintenance, He doesn’t know of any car wash that would remove the bird droppings from the window. When I mentioned going through again or i don’t know, using the pressure washer or the brush just sitting there. I was informed I doesn’t matter if I have a plan or not. They are unable to let me rewash. He could “ He’d help me wipe down my car!” Unfortunately I didn’t want to crush grease and dried bug guts into my paint. Before leaving I made sure to cancel my membership.

  I typically have had a nice experience with this location; however, today the vacuums are not working and although the employees are aware of this, no mention as you pay full price when they check you in nor a discount. The young man scrubbing the windshield was very unpleasant. He kept shaking his head as he was directing me to align my tires with the tracking system as though I was an inconvenience. I hope they fix the vacuums and his attitude soon. Other customers said the vacuums have been an issue for some time. Seems bad for business to advertise your wash includes vacuum when it does not.

  I pulled up to the car wash. The attendant was nice & helped me pick a car wash. I pulled around to vacuum but they weren’t working. I walked over to the employees who informed me that the vaccuums haven’t been working for 3 days. I wish I would’ve been informed of this at the time of purchase. This is half of the purchase! Again, the employees were nice & super apologetic. They said that their hands were tied on how they could remedy the situation. They said that maintenance & management is aware of the issues but have yet to fix the problem. They also said they aren’t allowed to hang up handwritten signs & that printed signs weren’t provided. Overall, it sounds like management & maintenance have a lot of work to do!!! Kudos to the frontline employees for having to handle the disgruntled customers with limited solutions.
