- WSWilliam SorrelsAug 12, 20252.0Not very happy with my last experience, I have a new truck and after running through the wash some of the cleaning straps put light scratches on my drivers door the employee i showed it to wasn't very helpful and told me that there wash policies didn't cover any kind of damage and they are not responsible, to say the least you can imagine just how aggravated I was and am I took my truck to a body shop and had them buff it out and thankfully it did. I guess make sure you look you vehicle over and I think there policies are BS if they own the wash then they are responsible for your vehicle's wash from start to finish and yes I contacted the company threw there email and no response as of yet. But I find they never respond to my emails and they go through a lot of employee's.
