I LITERALLY drive past this place to use the Jacobi's wash, even though it isn't as good (but it's cheaper, so...). Here's why. 1) the biggest problem with this place is their ABSOLUTE INSISTENCE that someone take my card for me. I just want to pay for my wash, get my wash, finish the detailing and go. Waiting on someone to come out and take my card is NOT a time saver for me. And I DON'T wash my car often enough to make your pricing structure with buying the "membership." 2) Beyond that, as others have noted, the wash itself ISN'T VERY GOOD, especially given what you pay for it. As noted above, it's so bad that I go elsewhere for an inferior wash. And this is the important bit, because it's - significantly cheaper.- To put arbitrary numbers to it, if this car wash is a ten, and costs a ten's worth, I drive past it to a 6, which only costs a 4. In other words, it's priced at a premium, but you don't GET PREMIUM RESULTS for that premium $. Edit: forgot to say that no matter what time you go, either a) they are out of clean towels or b) those towels are wet, and therefore counterproductive to drying whatever it is your trying to dry. And lest anyone think I'm just anal about my cars (I am!), I've been there 5 times before I've written this write up, because I REALLY wanted it to get better. But I'm over it. Let me buy my own wash. Make that wash worth the premium you charge for it. Then and ONLY THEN will I be back.

I guess their wheel cleaner had some kind of grease on it, and it was smeared all over the rims. Called their number and they said unless I noted it right after coming out of car wash there is nothing they can do. Of course it was someone that doesn’t speak good English.
