Great experience! Quick & knowledgeable. Amanda & Caleb were able to show me where the problems were & didn't try to push products not needed like most places. I got what I needed to fix the issues. Very friendly service!

I’ve visited Tire Barn several times for tires and to fix a puncture. The team is always great! Good value for the money. And, prompt with the work. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I had an appointment at 10am and a walk in who showed up at 10a when I got there was taken care of first. I waited another 45 min before my car was pulled in. While I waited I heard the asst manager curse while in casual conversation with a customer. Later I was shown a paper with my cars battery voltage that said 12 and they said it’s recommended to get a new car battery at the price of $250! I said no of course, and when I got home I tested the car battery myself and the voltage was 14. After testing it myself I felt lied to. I won’t be going back.

They may be fine with tires, but they don't know how to be respectful of a customer's time. I'm disappointed by the amount of my time this place wasted -- close to 3 hours in all, to get nothing done. I called in advance to make sure they could work on my vehicle (Rivian) and that their TPMS sensors would be compatible. I was told Tire Barn could work on my vehicle, but they wouldn't know if the TPMS sensors would work until they got the vehicle in and looked at it. So I arrived for my appointment, and then I was told the TPMS sensors would NOT work -- except they never even looked at my car. They looked at their computer, and then told me they wouldn't work. Which they could have done OVER THE PHONE. So that's one wasted trip. OK, so I left, ordered TPMS sensors myself, and scheduled a different appointment. The TPMS sensors were late arriving on the day they were delivered, so I was going to be 40 minutes late for my appointment. I called ahead (again), and made sure it was still OK if I came over that day, otherwise I would be fine to reschedule. I was assured it was fine if I came right over, they could get me in. So I drove over, and then I was told -- "Oh, we're really backed up, it will be 3-4 hours." Again...something they could have told me OVER THE PHONE. So I scheduled a THIRD appointment, and went home. I came back for the third appointment, for which I then proceed to wait for nearly AN HOUR AND A HALF after my appointment time before they even touched my car (so...I can't be late for my appointment, but they can be 90 minutes late, and that's ok?). They pulled it in...and discovered they didn't know how to lift it, and didn't have the correct equipment to lift it (some special pucks, which I never knew -- Discount Tire and others have them on hand). At that point, I had wasted nearly 3 hours on all this waiting and running back and forth, and told them forget it, I would just take my tires and leave. I don't blame them for not being able to work on my car. I get it, sometimes you aren't equipped. What's unacceptable is all of my time they wasted by not telling me over the phone that (a) their TPMS sensors wouldn't work, (b) they didn't know how to lift a Rivian, (c) "we can get you right in" actually means a 3-4 hour wait, and (d) don't bother showing up to your appointment on time because we're going to put you in line behind all the walk-ins.
