- CFC FDec 4, 20251.0The Fishers Event Center, its planners, the City of Fishers, and parking operator LAZ, and everyone involved should be absolutely embarrassed. Charging $22 to park for a three-hour event is ridiculous enough, but the real disaster is the traffic and parking design. With only two entrances/exits for 3,000+ cars, leaving after an event is pure chaos. Pedestrian and vehicle separation is basically nonexistent, creating dangerous and frustrating bottlenecks. If you’re planning to attend a show here, budget an extra 45–60 minutes just to leave the property afterward — and arrive early, because getting in isn’t much better. The goal was apparently to offer a suburban alternative to downtown Indianapolis venues, but they’ve managed to create something dramatically worse. $20 beers, $5 bottles of water, and now $22 parking on top of ticket prices? Downtown Indy looks like a bargain in comparison. This place isn’t ready for prime time. Major growing pains doesn’t even begin to cover it — it feels like no one thought through the most basic logistics.

You’re expected to download an app or have a phone that can scan a QR code and have good cell service in order to pay if not you get sent to collections for $26. And you can wait on hold for over an hour! Haha. Customer service is extremely disrespectful and does not listen.
