  I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I was clearly told by an employee that the protection plan could be canceled automatically after last Saturday, but later found out that this information was incorrect. Due to a very busy week of moving and working until late afternoons when most locations are already closed I was unable to follow up sooner. When I finally did, I discovered my balance had increased to $163. While I did receive calls, I was unable to answer or return them in a timely manner due to my work schedule and ongoing appointments, as I have been managing a move and other responsibilities following a car accident. Despite this, I was later told that I had opted out of receiving messages, which I did not do, and I never received any written communication regarding this matter. The first representative I spoke with was understanding and attempted to help by suggesting I visit a location. However, after speaking with a manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I was responsible because they had attempted to contact me. Additionally, I was informed that the original employee provided incorrect information, and that cancellation of the protection plan must be done in person. To make matters worse, the rental vehicle initially smelled strongly of cigarettes for several days, which I did not report at the time due to my already overwhelming circumstances. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I feel there was a lack of clear communication and accountability, and I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

  Kam was phenomenal and professional @ the Fishers (Ford Drive) location! He got us into a vehicle ahead of our road trip to Texas. Very professional, quick, and answered all of our questions.

  Check in was fast and were able to pick the right car for our trip. Upon return we had a great experience with Kam. He met me before I even made it to the office and got me out of there in under 3 minutes. Everyone we dealt with was extra friendly and you can tell it is a quality operation. I will definitely always use Enterprise as I have in the past.

  Friendly and respectful every time. My rental experience has been great overall. I’ve been coming to this same location for about 2 years and they’ve always been consistent.
