I called Toyota Service, Pep Boys, Kent, Christian Brothers, etc- everywhere I’d typically go and had gone to in the past. No one wanted to give me the time of day or help me figure out what the problem could be since it was 4pm and everyone was about to be off at 5. When I called, Tommy told me to come in, they’d take a look even though they were getting ready to close soon, and they would help me figure things out before they ended the day since there was a freeze warning this evening and I had outside parking - therefore it was imperative to help me get my window fixed. Never have I had a mechanic or automotive company prioritize me, treat me so kindly, or even ensure that I knew what went wrong, but exactly how they fixed the issue. Lucas, my technician, was so kind and thorough about explaining to me how he fixed things to make sure everything was now secure. Tommy was so funny and kind, making a frustrating situation that much more light hearted and relaxing. In a day and age where so many mechanic companies only care about the hustle and bustle - churning people in and out and clocking off for the day - to find a place that cares about not only the service they provide but the person they are providing it to is something incredibly rare. I appreciated all that was done for me here and I will certainly keep providing my business to a place that showed me immense kindness when they could have simply chosen differently - like everyone else did. Thanks!! :)
