However, the wait ended up being much longer than expected, and I didn’t leave until close to 6:30pm, which was disappointing. When I got home, I realized the condition of my car was pretty bad. There was oil spilled in several areas, visible glove marks, and worst of all, oil was actually leaking. I was frustrated, and I called the next day to file a claim. I went back to the same location, and thankfully the store manager was there. He reviewed everything, cleaned up the mess, and fixed the leak very professionally. His customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how he handled the situation. Overall, although I left satisfied after the follow-up visit, I really wish the initial service had been done properly the first time

It seemed as though the staff was not super knowledgeable with the fuel filter replacement. I overheard the workers talking back and forth about the lack of experience between them all in fuel filter replacements so I did not have the most confidence in this particular group of workers. I ended up being there for nearly 2 hours. I do not believe that should be normal.
