Even though they weren’t able to help, they recommended what I could do, then were understanding about getting my vehicle were it needed to go. Truly saved the day! This is why I go to that location. Great service!

This old 2011 Jeep Wrangler is riding so smooth now I really appreciate the way he took care of me. Great shop clean fast take all five of my vehicles to this location home run thank you very much

One of the first things he said to me was, “I noticed your veteran license plate - are you a veteran? Here’s 15% off, thank you for your service.” This is the very first time since completing my service SEVEN YEARS AGO that someone thanked ME for my service instead of automatically assuming the veteran was a MAN in my family. William was also extremely quick yet thorough with the service he provided. I was in and out in a matter of 10-15 mins. As a girl, the last thing I want anything to do with is issues with my car. The fact that I can roll up to this Valvoline and know my car is in good hands with William (or any of the other mechanics here) without having to think twice about it is so relieving. Thank you, William, for the exceptional service!! And thank you, goofy Greg, for the laughs!

Not spending $30 for you to do it, when I can buy it for $15 and self install. They spilled oil all over the engine compartment so had the burning oil smell driving home. Did nothing to make me aware of it or try to fix it before leaving. I had to spray down the engine compartment with degreaser to clean it up. Will go to the Jiffy Lube down the street from now on.
