I came in because of a sudden red flashing light/icon on my dash - pulled over & turned my car off immediately, googled it, annnd it was not good news. I just happened to be right next to this Valvoline…. so I pulled in, no appointment, & they got me right in. Didn’t even have to get out of my car, they opened the garage as I pulled in & waved me in. They immediately ran a diagnostic test, took 15 seconds max, & knew what was going on without me having to say anything (and they were exactly right, according to my panicked google search ha.) They filled up my coolant, fixed the emergent issue, checked my oil, changed my oil (I was overdue), changed my engine air filter, and even filled up my tires - all within 12-15 minutes. They did not do anything without asking, no surprise costs, they showed me what they were doing, while explaining it along the way, told me what to look out for based on the diagnostics & what they saw, etc… it was the best, and fastest, car experience I’ve ever had. There were like 4-5 guys simultaneously working on my car, all communicating with each other while doing it, & side note, they all genuinely seemed like friends & were so nice - and funny. Full transparency the whole time, very informative, team was organized & efficient, and what I initially expected to be a time consuming & expensive experience - was NOT, at all. I was in and out, start to finish, in 15 minutes. I will only go here for any future car issue or oil change. Oh, and just to further note - I have a European car. (Which, if you do as well, then…. you already know. But, the services they provided today, from experience, would’ve been 3x the cost+ at the dealership - which is where I usually go.) The attention to detail and timeliness was much appreciated. I don’t typically leave reviews, but these guys know what they are doing. 5 stars. Great experience!
