They were cursing while I had my children in the car. Receipt shows that they aired up my tires and other items that were not completed. Asked for a quote on 4 tires, but they must have forgot because after the oil change was complete I had to ask again and when I got home I realized the estimate was for a car I had three years ago, not the vehicle I was actually driving. Took over an hour.
