  Don’t fix the car with Gerber Collision in fisher location. After one month I picked my car, my car interior plastic pop up. My car AC doesn’t blow the air. It wasn’t like this when I dropped my car off at Gerber Collision and glass. I regretted my decision to fix the car with Gerber Collision and Glass. The whole stuff, the mechanic, the customer service is unprofessional. The mechanic mess up my car. The customer service give a lip service. All stuff at Gerber Collision and glass are a Lier and all stuff at Gerber Collision and glass do the job lack of care and attention to my car. I don’t know how many times I have to return to fix the mess of Gerber did to my car. Gerber collision and glass fisher location is terrible place to fix the car. Took two months to complete my car repairs. Look at my car interior windshield pillar cover. Look at stain on car roof. Do Mechanic at Gerber Collision & Glass has an eyes? The interior windshield pillar pop out. It wasn’t like this when I dropped my car off. The stain on interior roof was not there when I drop my car off. Gerber Collision and glass mess up my Lexus. I’m not satisfied with the repair at Gerber Collision and glass. The quality of service is bad. The technician is not Lexus certified. I tell everyone friend, family, co worker to avoid Gerber Collision & Glass fisher location.

  Overall did a great job repairing the dent in our van. Customer service was great, people are very friendly. Only complaint was that it took about 7-8 weeks to finish the repair. Luckily, our van is a lease so we saved miles.

  Very nice people! Who worked hard to help me! Gerber Collision Kept me updated every step of the way by text and call. Worked hard to get my car back to me as fast as possible! Since i was private pay kept my balance low! Got my car back and it looks brand new! Even kept my car an extra day till I could get there to pick it up. Thankyou Gerber Collision for fixing my kia soul!
