Well when we dropped it off in Michigan I accidentally left two valuable Pokémon cards in a thick case, which I acknowledge was my fault and the vehicle was returned to this location. The people here were so unwilling to help me and wouldnt help me even though I was offering to pay to have these cards sent back to me. It worked out in the end after I hired someone (which ended up being cheaper) but I am a little shocked that everyone here was so unwilling to help even though all they had to do was drop the cards off at any UPS or USPS.

I came into the branch this morning expecting another headache, but Jacob completely turned it around. He listened, fixed the problem, and made everything right on the spot. That’s real customer service. Because of Jacob, I’d absolutely rent from this location again. Highly recommend.
