  I regularly serve my cars here and I can say that they have excellent care and their work is quality. Plus good prices.

  UPDATE: I didn’t want to name names, but after this experience I feel it’s necessary. The store manager, Josh, called me to question my review. That was honestly just as pointless as the original visit. A phone call doesn’t give me my time back. It doesn’t change the fact that my car was left on a lift for over an hour with an empty store. All it did was waste more of my time, which seems to be a recurring theme here. Instead of questioning customers for being frustrated, maybe focus on fixing the actual issue — efficiency and communication. At this point, the follow-up was just as unproductive as the service itself. Absolutely ridiculous experience at Belle Tire. There was one other customer in the entire store, yet my car sat on the lift for over an hour for something that should take 15 minutes max — rotating 3 tires. No communication, no updates, just waiting while my car did nothing. If you’re slammed and short-staffed, say that. But standing around with an empty lobby while customers wait an hour for a basic tire rotation is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of time. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values their time.

  Not happy with their service . I ordered parts and pay them and they told me that parts will be here in 2 days and i callled almost after 3 weeks after waited for their call and then told me that they never ordered parts . Don’t recommend them

  Great discounts and they do walk-ins. Demeanor in the shop is comfortable and no one gives you attitude even though you can tell the shop was backed up and understaffed. Special shoutout to Trevor at the front desk in taking every customer encounter with grace and humility.
