Josh was super rude and said pothole bent the rim. Wouldn't the tire of busted and not the rim bent? They definitely bent the rim and refuse to fix it. He speaks well and maintains outstanding customer service the entire time you are there. I observed him picking up multiple phone calls (at the same time), running around the lobby with a sense of urgency, and going above and beyond for other customers (myself included as I was sent from a different Belle). Give this man a raise. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation more bearable.

On top of the work i had done i asked them to check my brakes and they told me im good for like 6 more months. Also while I was there a lady had a noise from her brakes and it was a small rock that got stuck in the brakes they checked it removed it and didn't even charge her. But why i will alway come here is i needed 4 tires a few years ago and could only afford 2 so they actually lowered the price and sent me with 4 tires for the price of 2 to save me a trip and an install fee later.
