  Garbage over charged by 100 dollars never ever go here it was 650 quote for them to come to me. Instead I drove to them 75 miles to get it for 550 insurance filled out the check for original amount they don't make change so they took away all my discounts and charged me full price on everything. Very Bad Thieves

  When I had to cancel appointment. The representative just hung up the phone. When I attempted to call back to try and reschedule she was very rude over the phone and hung up again. Cannot even get through to talk to someone else.

  I highly recommend Safelite. They came to my home and replaced my cracked windshield and did an excellent job. My technician's name was Craig and he was very, professional, kind and courteous! One of the questions asked in this survey is about cost, I can't answer that because my service was fully covered by my insurance company, Progressive Insurance.

  Safelite came to replace my windshield and damaged my car. I had a small spot on the front of my hood before they came but after their technician was finished all four sides around my windshield are scratched to the metal. My hood has several scratches from their recalibration machine as well. I bought the car less than a month before my windshield cracked and I needed the replacement. After their manager called me a liar I filed a complaint with the bbb in hopes that they would see my pictures because they have refused to come look at my car in person. They saw the pics before and after of me car and still refuse to fix the damage they caused. They caused extensive damage and now that has to come out of my pocket. I do not recommend them and we will never use their services again. I'm not the only person with this complaint and I'm positive I will not be the last.

  Called to get new windshield,scheduled took my money then cancelled twice without any notice still don't know why.they did return my money both times but is impossible to talk to some one website won't give you any options to talk to anyone. Would not recommend
