- KDkody DeerMar 19, 20261.0This place is a joke. I made a reservation and was charged. When I went to pick up reservation they say they cannot give me a vehicle as I'm on a do not rent list. The reason they give was I had a car impounded. They give me a reference number and when I call it they give me a different reason and saying I can't be taken off list as they were told by my ex.

It is not fair to the renter to have to pay more all because they close early. I had rented 5x’s within 6 months and will never use them again. Later this morning I was contacted by the area manager. She credited one of the days, but, I still will not rent again from them especially at the Fulton Ave store.

She also made it seem like we couldn’t afford to rent the car, which was already paid for. Once we got in the rental and left, we found trash and what looked like ashes in the van. The young lady came off as racist and I feel like she judged us based on our skin color. I usually have a very good experience with this location, but yesterday was very unpleasant.
