  Sent someone there for an Oil Change. Left with a 234.00 bill for an oil change and a coolant change out they recommended. Problem is coolant was less than a month old. Not very diligent at all in terms of what people really need, just how to make a quick buck...and lots of them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  Larry took the time to explain what services they were doing. He explained why I needed a new cabin filter as well as showing me the air filter under the hood compared to how it looked new. He was honest and let me know that it didn’t immediately need replaced, but would soon. It didn’t feel pushy, rather informative. 10/10 recommend this location.

  Stopped in for a routine oil change. Was there for over an hour. Was told they didn’t have my oil filter in stock. But first, I sat there for twenty minutes before anyone told me that, I was just picking up this and that from the conversations the workers were having. One worker finally had the idea to “go tell him so he knows what’s going on”. They told me someone was out trying to find one at Auto Zone. So I sat there and sat there. Then, another employee went to go look for the filter himself (since the computer was saying they had one), and sure enough he found it. Meaning that I sat there for a half hour or more, seeing two other bays get filled and completed, while I waited for them to go get an oil filter that was already there. I get it, stuff happens. But the only apology I got was a quickly uttered “sorry about that” as I drove away. Wasn’t offered a coupon for next time, or compensation on this oil change, nothing. Barely an apology. Communication and some reassurance goes a long way. I’ve had numerous oil changes here, there wont be another one.

  I parked behind a pay door that was opened, but instead of guiding me to where I needed to go, someone got upset and yelled at me to go to the 1st bay door because I couldn't see several yards away him pointing a direction. I wanted to get new a new windshield wiper to replace my rear. The tech claimed they had it. Spent about 20 minutes trying to install it. Then turns out it's not the correct part. I tried to show a previous invoice I had saved from the last time I got the wipers changed to compare blade model, but the person appeared to not be to worried about it. Claimed that the auto parts store also didn't carry it. After the rest of my service was done, I went to the Henderson, KY location that is my usual spot and they took care of it and found the right one within a few minutes. I asked about AC diagnostic services and the tech stated that I needed to wait for the manage to be there for that and he would provide me with when that would be, but at the end of the service..I was still not provided with any of that information.. Overall, definitely not a rapid service nor best of experience. Team also did not appear to work well together nor communicate.
